Biotok is a trade name of WorldMind Inc. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for general information about WorldMind, our research, and Biotok products. It does not create a customer, vendor, employment, or partnership relationship. Access to Biotok software, hosted services, or other products is available only under a separate written agreement with WorldMind Inc.

3. No regulatory, clinical, or professional advice

Content on the Site, including descriptions of regulatory documentation, validation, or scientific discovery, is informational. It is not legal, regulatory, clinical, scientific, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for qualified human review. Product names, document types, and screenshots (including illustrative examples) are for explanation only and do not represent an approved submission or a particular customer’s data.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including text, design, graphics, logos, and software descriptions, is owned by WorldMind Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. WorldMind, Biotok, and related marks are trademarks or trade names of WorldMind Inc. You may view and share pages of the Site for lawful, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Site without our prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with operation or security, transmitting malware, harvesting data, or using the Site in violation of law.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT CONTENT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORLDMIND INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising out of the Site or these Terms lies in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
